ENB is not available for mobile users but these timecycs can make your game really look like you're using a ENB mod. Before You Start

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).• Move the "timecyc.dat" file to:
/Android/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data/ <here>
*Make new "files" and "texdb" folder if doesn't exist
Step III: Enjoy the Mod
