Neon spawner mod will let you add neons in your cars. The maker of this mod is "HAF". In GTA San Andreas you can't add neons to your vehicle but this mod will let you add neon lights to your cars. Neon Lights mod is a famous mod of GTA San Andreas (PC). Even in multiplayer (SA-MP PC) there are tons of server which let you add neon lights. This mod can add neons in custom cars too. To install this mod please follow these steps:

Before You Start

• Cleo Android is required to run this mod.
• While playing game:
 ♦ Touch #7 and #3 to activate this mod.  CLICK HERE FOR HELP
 ♦ Touch #1 to deactivate mod
 ♦ Touch #5 to select neons.  
• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.

Step I: Download Add Neons to Vehicles Mod Android

• Download Mod:

• Download Cleo Android:
  Download Cleo Android

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android

• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).
• Move the ".csa" and ".fxt" files to:
  /Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/         <here>

Step III: Enjoy the Mod

• Run the Game and enjoy the mod.
