GTA San Andreas Android is one of the most graphic intensive game available on mobile devices (if you run GTA SA android in high settings, you need a really beast device). But some devices, even with their solid specifications are unable to run this game on high or at least medium settings. To fix this issue I have some tips and tricks for you which will surely help you in fixing GTA San Andreas Android Lag. This tutorial will work for everybody with any device. In this tutorial I will be running GTA SA in optimal settings. You can change them according to your device later.
Before You Start
Before we start fixing lag make sure that:• Your device has android 4.0 or above because GTA SA Android doesn't work with devices having android 4.0 and below.
• Your device has 512Mb of ram. Yes, 512MB minimum ram is required for good smooth gameplay. Phones with less than 512Mb of ram can follow this tutorial but I can't guarantee that it will fix your lag.
• You are not using any kind of mod. Uninstall any car mod, bike mod or graphics mod if you are using because all these mods have high quality textures as compared to stock.
• This trick is proven to fix lag in some very beast devices like "Samsung Galaxy S6" and "LG G3".
Step I:
• First of all download C-cleaner mobile app (or any app which can clear cache and close running apps) and clear the cache from your phone. Also delete the apps you are not using. After clearing cache and uninstalling apps free your ram by closing all running tasks. You can uninstall C-Cleaner (or the app you used) after doing above steps. Because these apps are proven to use more resources than freeing up.Step II:
• Now run the game. As you see the menu of the game don't start the game just goto options>>Game and change settings to:TRAFFIC MODE LIGHT
VIBRATION FEEDBACK OFF
FRAME LIMITER OFF
• Now click Back button and goto Display option and change settings to this:
VISUAL EFFECTS LOW
RESOLUTION 50%
DRAW DISTANCE 10%
SHADOWS OFF
CAR REFLECTIONS OFF
• Now go back and Start a New game, I hope the game will start and if game starts, then try to load game (if you are using save game).
• You can lower the resolution to 0% if you are still facing LAG.
• If you think you can run your game on high settings, try to set graphics to high or in medium.
Step III:
• Run the game and enjoy the tutorial.PLEASE TRY THIS METHOD IF YOU ARE STILL FACING LAG ISSUES!

ReplyDeleteI have a device with 2gb ram and 8gb ROM it runs smooth on 0 resolution but I don't like to sacrifice graphics quality. And still facing lag.I have some one mod install non Cleo does this effect my game? Answer soon.
ReplyDeleteIt all depends on mods. If a mod is using high qualuty textures (like VISA) then you will face lag.
DeleteYou can turn shadows off, set traffic to classic and reflections to detailed for good fps!
Or use GLTools if you have root
