• Atleast quad core CPU.

This mod pack was tested on device with these specs: 
• 3 GB of ram
• Qualcomm Snapdragon 617, octa-core, 64-bit, 4x1.5GHz + 4x1.2GHz
and FPS were 22 to 30+ depending on the settings used (like draw distance etc).

To install this mod please follow these steps:

Before You Start

• Clean your ram before playing GTA SA. Use any app like C-Cleaner.
• Textures have been downgraded, but they are still high quality.
• Cleo Android is required to run this mod pack. To download CLEO Android, please Click Here. Or simply install "modern evolution apk" file which is present inside this mod pack. It has cleo installed in it. So all cleo mods will work without any problem.
• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android

• Extract the downloaded mod pack (zip file).
• You will see "Android" folder. Just move this folder to your internal memory or sd card (root location)!
