If you do not want it then you can skip that cleo file. If you skip this file your graphics may not look like what they were meant to be. So its up to you!

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).• Move the "timecyc.dat", "timecyc.aaa" and "timecycp.dat" files to:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data/ <here>
• Move the "car reflectors.csa" file to: {You can skip this file if you don't want it
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ <here>
Step III: Enjoy the mod

How to activate it?
ReplyDeleteYou do not haee to activate it. Just move the file and run the game. In the above screenshots he has also used some new textures pack for GTA SA Android thats why his GTA look much better. You can also download textures or mod packs by Clicking Here
