So here comes one of the most awesome mod. This is bullet time mod (or slow motion mod) and it can be used anytime, anywhere, whenever you want. If you have played Max Payne (game) you should have used Slow Motion there to kill all enemies. This mod will let you do this in GTA San Andreas Android. Whenever you are shooting or a someone is escaping (and you want to kill him). Just touch point #1 and slow motion (this mod) will enable. The above taken screenshot is also with this mod. The author of this mod is "mikekethens" and "mizery". They named this mod "Speed Breaker Mod" but nobody knows what they want to say (because they don't speak English well). So thumbs up for this great mod.
To install this mod please follow these steps:
Before You Start
• Cleo Android is required to run this mod.• To enable or disable this mod press touch point #1 while playing. For more info about this please Click Here.
• To uninstall simply delete the mod.

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip).• Move the ".csa" file to:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa

• Run the game and enjoy the mod.

It's called speed breaker maybe because ability from Need For Speed Most Wanted 2006.It's almost identical
