He is not leatherface but the mod is a replica of LEATHER FACE MOD. 

Do you miss Leather Face or Big Foot? Install this mod, it is same as leather face mod but is missing two things, You can kill him (by hitting him with minigun for few seconds), He has KNIFE instead of CHAINSAW. The mod is awesome. I installed it and it runned perfectly. Just make sure you go there at specific time. Like at night (12:00_04:00). The time I mentioned is not 100% accurate but according to me I think this is the time when you can see him. The maker of this mod is "GTA MODDER CLEO". If you can't see him even at the right time then just go inside that small hut (don't stay or he will kill you instantly). Just go inside and get out as soon as possible (because he spawns when you get closer to that hut). Once he is spawned there, go as far as you can... Because he will keep following you until you die or you kill him!

To install this mod please follow these steps:

Before You Start

• Cleo Android is required to run this mod.
• Go inside that house/hut if you can't see him.

• You can see him at specific time, at night (12:00-04:00 according to game time)
• See map for his exact location.

Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android

• Extract zip file.
• Put .csa file in:
